Grether Farming Company, Inc. is a third generation, family owned and operated farming company located in the beautiful Las Posas Valley in Ventura County, California. 

We primarily grow lemons, avocados and mandarins.  Our goal is to produce high quality fresh fruit in an efficient, safe and environmentally friendly manner.

We use integrated pest management whenever possible using such techniques as beneficial insects, cover crops, mulch, and foliar fertilizers.  All of our ranches use either drip irrigation or mini-sprinklers.

The lemons we grow are packed and shipped primarily by Saticoy Lemon Association and then marketed by Sunkist Growers, Inc.  Both organizations are agricultural cooperatives.  Our avocados are packed, shipped and marketed by Index Fresh, a grower owned company.  Please contact these companies for more information on purchasing fruit, recipes and other information.
